SteelPumps UK is the official distributor of SteelPumps in the UK and Ireland. We have been working with SteelPumps Italy since early 2008 to bring these stainless steel Italian pumps to the UK market.
All pumps are manufactured in Perignano (PISA), Italy, with only European components. All parts are replaceable and components that need to be accessed for servicing are easily located behind an easy-to-remove electrical cover.
It was the sustainability of the design of the pump that initially attracted Director Dr Glyn Hyett to SteelPumps. He had been looking for a product to complement the rainwater harvesting and stormwater filtration and storage tank systems he sells through 3P Technik UK Ltd. A quality water pump was the obvious choice.
SteelPumps UK Ltd is a trading style of 3P Technik UK Ltd and is based in Cardigan, Wales. Along with Glyn, the 3P Technik UK employees that are primarily involved with SteelPumps are:
Tom: General genius and new product designer.
Andrew: Electrical engineer, pump test and repair wizard.
Jim: Technical Manager.
Morag & Andrea: Marketing, administration and organiser of geniuses and wizards.
The small SteelPumps team is of course supported by the 3P Technik UK warehouse, IT and accounts teams.
